HOW DO I APPLY A PROMOTIONAL CODE?
You can apply a promotional code at the check out screen.
Once the code has been entered the price will be discounted.

DO YOU OFFER ALTERNATIVE SIZES?
Ours bracelets are approximately 18cm or 7 inches. We find this to be the most popular size. Bracelet sizes may vary slightly dependant on the type or the size of the beads used.

HOW DO I CARE FOR MY JEWELLERY?
It is recommended to remove jewellery before showering, bathing or swimming. Put your jewellery on last, hairspray, perfume and body sprays can cause your silver jewellery to tarnish and may void warranty.
From time to time your Silver & Gold Bracelets may appear dull. Use our cleaning guidance to replenish your jewellery.
DO use Silver and Gold polishing cloth.
DO NOT use silver dip or other jewellery cleaning fluids.

WHEN WILL I GET MY PARCEL?
WHAT WARRANTY DO YOU OFFER?
Made By Me Jewellery offers a 12 month warranty with all products. Warranty covers breakage within in the 12 month warranty.
Items outside of the warranty can be repaired at a small cost.
